Copywriting is really what
internet marketing is all about. When you’re
selling something on the net, you don’t get
the privilege to talk to people face-to-face,
and face their doubts head on. The closest you
can get, really, is video and that’s still a
one-way deal.
It doesn’t really matter what media you’re using,
be it the written word, video or audio, you can’t
get a two-way connection between you and your
prospect (unless
you find a way to live-chat with each person, who
reaches your landing page- now that would be
revolutionary). So copywriting is all we- internet
marketers- got.
Why Long Copy
Long copy is great for a well
targeted audience (a not so precisely targeted one
will be cursing you and your mama for landing on
your page

). If your market is well
defined, they want all the information they
can get. But don’t be fooled into thinking
they will read the whole thing. You have to
lure them in, for that.
How do you lure them in?
Now I can’t tell
you that, silly goose! If I did, you wouldn’t read
my book.

I will, however, tell you that
it’s a simple case of rules and I was happy to
analyze them for you and write them all down.
So go to
My Book page and download it, already.
What else can I do?
Well, against all my
marketing know-how, I will divert you from
My Book and give you this week’s review.
Because above all (in this blog at least

), I believe you should be
benefiting every step of the way.
Michel Fortin- copywriting extraordinaire- is
offering a free video sample
In
this
free Video, from his
membership site,
Michel Fortin is recorded, reconstructing a
client’s sales copy, word for word. Fortin’s
video focuses on content. Answering questions
like:
- What words should I use?
- How should I get testimonials?
- Which fonts and colors test better?
- Are some words better than others?
- What effects do certain words have over my
readers?
- (and more… )
As in all live videos, you also get a little extra,
while Fortin not only corrects his client’s copy,
but also explains what he’s doing and why. So, you
also get a bit of the mindset and personal point of
view of one of the internet’s top copywriter.

Michel Fortin’s Video (which
compliments
my book perfectly) is vital for anyone writing
copy or scripting your audio/video sales pitches.
P.S.
I don’t really like pitching my book to you. It
would be a huge help, if after you read the book,
you would
e-mail me your
thoughts. I'll then post them on
My Book page as a Reader’s Review. Thank you.
